Blending high-end Belgian ingredients with the finest liquors, LiQ is a decadent range of cocktail inspired ice creams and sorbets. Our design celebrates the indulgence of ice cream, the naughtiness of cocktails and the lightness of LiQ’s lower sugar dessert.
Each of LiQ’s ice cream tubs and spoons are 100% biodegradable. Our production experts developed a smart colour palette that enabled all flavour variants to be printed together, rather than individually. This initiative empowered completely sustainable packaging for a brand that is indulgent and luxurious as well as environmentally responsible.
OPTIMISED PRINT
While a multi-coloured brand like LIQ would ordinarily require six specific colours per variant, it wouldn’t have been possible to print the whole range together using that many colours. Instead, we developed a bespoke six-colour palette that was able to deliver difference across the range while substantially reducing complexity and creating environmental and economic efficiencies. Saving cost on print meant the brand could then package the full range in compostable pots.
